We recently held our second Company Development Day of 2024, where the ever-growing Safeguard team comes together to reflect, collaborate and plan for the future of the business.
In addition to providing important company updates, our Company Days give the team a chance to gain insight into various areas of the business, provide feedback, celebrate our successes and discuss any challenges.
Previous Development Days have offered our team a valuable platform to shape the vision and goals of the business, influence our business development and propose key IT enhancements. And this time was no different, with workshops focussed on refining our graduate development framework, enhancing our HR and company benefit offerings and improving the company’s information flow and software systems. Our team’s active participation in these sessions is essential to ensuring we foster a positive working environment for all our employees, while creating abundant opportunities to learn, grow and thrive within the company.
The day was a valuable opportunity to align our visions, celebrate our collective achievements and identify the next steps to drive further progress. And to top it all off, we concluded the day with a well-earned group meal and a few drinks in the evening to celebrate a productive day!
