We are delighted to be welcoming Alex Barker to the SEL team as a Senior Consultant. Alex joins us from the MoD DE&S Naval Ships Support (NSS) in Bristol where he was the Capital Ships Aviation and Explosives Safety Manager; responsible for the delivery of aviation safety, explosives safety and ship-air integration for the largest and most technologically advanced UK Royal Navy warships, the QEC Aircraft Carriers and LPD Assault Ships.
He is a Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society and the Institution of Engineering and Technology and brings extensive skills and experience to our defence team. This sector of our operations continues to grow, with multiple projects requiring the technical systems knowledge and management skills that Alex possesses. He will be based at our Bristol office once Lockdown #2 is finished and our offices can reopen again.
