While there will be no changes to our day-to-day operations or the high standard of service we provide our clients, becoming an EOT will empower our team to have a greater voice in shaping the company’s strategic direction. This move reinforces our focus on collaboration, shared purpose and long-term growth – allowing us to build an even stronger business together.
