Safeguard Engineering is a keen supporter of the Armed Forces Covenant and proud to have been granted the Silver Award under the Ministry of Defence Employment Recognition Scheme.

We actively recruit and employ many ex-forces personnel, recognising the vast experience and transferable skills that veterans bring to our business. Some of our team continue their service as Reservists and we are proud to support them in this, providing them with paid time off for military training when it’s required. We both acknowledge and value the diverse talents and experiences that veterans can offer, enriching our team and enhancing our capacity for excellence.
