Each sector has its own unique regulations, highlighting the importance of proactive and sufficient Safety Management. Within the UK, these regulations stem from the Health and Safety at Work Act, which sets requirements based upon the generic approaches identified in such guidance documents as Reducing Risk Protecting People (R2P2) and Managing for Health & Safety (HSG 65).
