Huge congratulations to Elizabeth Bramwell from all the Safeguard team for her success in graduating with Merit in a Master of Laws (LLM) in Environmental Law and Practice from De Montford University, Leicester.
Elizabeth has been studying for 3 years, fitting in her studies around her busy day job as a Safety and Environmental Consultant. Her dissertation topic was about whether the environment could be recognised as a legal rights holder in the UK as the current legal framework is anthropocentric and as such does not protect the environment appropriately.
